Open-air concerts and theatre in London this summer

‘Tis the season for open-air entertainment.  Well, we’re in the middle of it actually, but there’s plenty of time to join in!  Don’t forget to take a picnic and a bottle opener.  These below are just a few suggestions.

Kenwood House

Kenwood House picnic concerts
Enjoy concerts in the splendour of this 18th century manor, set in the midst of Hampstead Heath.  Coming up are ‘Dancing in the Streets’, a wonderful Motown tribute, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and the last night of the Kenwood Proms.

Hampton Pool

Hampton Pool Summer Concerts

A favourite here at Hidden London of course, Hampton Pool also does summer concerts on the lawn.  Coming up are Elkie Brookes, Kid Creole and the Coconuts and The Commitments.  And the ticket price includes a swim, so don’t forget your cozzie!

Lauderdale House

Somerset House

Somerset House will be showing a selection of classic films on a big outdoor screen, as well as joining with Glyndebourne to screen three operas!
