London on the Web – Derelict London

The Tea House in Holborn – photo: Paul Talling

This wonderful website is a treasure trove of the abandoned and the forgotten.  London certainly has an astonishing collection of dereliction and Paul Talling’s visual archive is mesmerising.  Derelict London.

  1. The Tea Room photo signs out of a grand past and a hundred stories which go with it!

    • I know, it would be wonderful to hear some of those stories!

  2. Marshall Street Baths was fully restored and reopened to the public several years ago after millions of pounds of investment – see my blog post on it http://wp.me/p2r6no-e2 you might enjoy the more current photo.

    • Thanks for the link and great article. The pool looks beautiful and I love the ticket booth!
