It’s a great idea to beat the winter blues with comedy film, so hats off the folks at Loco and the BFI Southbank for bringing us two opportunities for chuckles in the dark this month.

The London Comedy Film Festival (Loco) runs from 23rd to 26th January, with premieres, shorts and international films, as well as talks and live performances.  Events at the BFI Southbank and elsewhere.

Loco are also hooking up with the BFI’s Buster Keaton season, which celebrates Keaton’s films with his best features and shorts and shows a selection of other ‘keatonesque’ films, ie. show a Keaton sensibility.
