Hidden London Gem – Turner’s House

If you’ve been inspired this year by the movie and the exhibition, then this hidden gem is the perfect way to find out more about artist, JMW Turner.  200 years ago Turner designed this house himself as a country retreat for himself and his father.

The house is finally being restored and will now be open to visitors on the first Saturday of the month.

Turner’s House, Sandycombe Lodge, 40 Sandycoombe Road, Twickenham TW1 2LR
Open the first Saturday  afternoon of each month, between 2.00 and 4.30 pm
